The National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (Finas) has announced the appointment of director and actor Ahmad Idham Ahmad Nadzri as its new chief executive officer effective from yesterday until June 6, 2022.

FINAS chairperson Zakaria Abdul Hamid said in a statement that it hoped the appointment of Ahmad Idham would see Finas continue to generate excellence as a body that leads, encourages and preserves the development of the country’s film industry.
