Police have arrested a mentally challenged man in Petaling Jaya for harassing Bandar Utama assemblyperson Jamaliah Jamaluddin.

The man had been detained just a week ago on suspicion of using the identity of MCA youth chief Nicole Wong to commit cyber offences.
