Malacca opposition leader Idris Haron today maintained that his party is not involved in alleged discussions to oust the state Pakatan Harapan government led by Chief Minister Adly Zahari.

Instead, Idris (above) said it is the ambition of a certain exco member within the Harapan government who is promoting himself as the future chief minister which has led to speculations that there could be a change in government.

"The Umno president has stated his stance (against) a backdoor government and we support the president's position....
