Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak has decided to initiate contempt of court action against MACC and its chief over the exposure of nine audio clips last week, purportedly of phone conversations between Najib and other individuals.
This was confirmed by his lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah today.
