PKR president Anwar Ibrahim said the discussions by Putrajaya on the issues concerning farmers and fishermen did not reflect the actual problems on the ground.

His realisation on the matter came following his visits to villages in several states for the past months, he said.

"We cannot think that we know everything. We must go to the ground to understand the farmers' problems...
