Cham Shan Jer, 25, an online trader, was charged with driving recklessly or dangerously and hitting Lee Wei Jack, 44, and Faizul Shahrul Mohd Salleh, 44, on the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) heading towards Gombak, at 6am on Sept 29.

She was charged with committing the offence at the Pandan Indah Police Station, Jalan Pandan Ilmu at 4.30am on Sept 30, 2019.
Earlier deputy public prosecutor Nur Intan Syariah Zakaria, requested the court to fix bail at RM10,000 for the first charge and RM8,000 for the second charge.
However, Chan’s counsel, TL Chen asked the court to impose a lower bail as his client was a single mother with a four-year-old daughter and this was her first offence.
Mohamad Firdaus allowed bail of RM8,000 for the first charge and RM6,000 for the second charge and set Nov 18 for mention of the case.
