The Gamuda Bhd founder declined to comment after the police questioning was completed.
Koon was represented by lawyer Leong Cheok Keng, who is also the Malim Nawar assemblyperson.
He said Koon is being investigated under Section 505 for making a statement conducing to public mischief, which carries a punishment of up to two years in prison, or a fine, or both.
He is also being investigated under Section 233 under the Communications and Multimedia Act 1988 for improper use of network facilities, which carries a fine of up to RM50,000 or up to a year imprisonment, or both.
