Indonesia’s National Commission on Violence Against Women commissioner Thaufiek Zulbahary said the culprit of the alleged rape case, involving an Indonesian woman who was a domestic helper to Perak exco Paul Yong, must be punished seriously.

“We hope there will be no impunity.
