Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who turned 94 today, said his birthday wish was to finish his job.
"My birthday wish is very simple, that I can finish my work setting Malaysia on the road of recovery.
"It is a privilege and honour to serve this country," Mahathir wrote on his social media accounts, while also thanking all well-wishers.
At the time of writing, his post had received 12,357 likes on Instagram and approximately 10,000 engagements on Facebook.
