Umno Youth chief Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki has urged the public not to circulate a sex video targeting a minister.
Asyraf said that as Muslims, circulating such content was against the teachings of the faith, more so if the video clip turns out to be fake.
"My view is that we have to hold on to the principles of Islam and avoid circulating it, so as not to court Allah's wrath, which will see our own shames exposed in this and the next world.
"More worrying is if the video is fake. Surely it will be a big sin, and a heavier punishment from Allah is bound to fall upon us," he said in a Facebook posting today.
