Former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman has filed an application to challenge the constitutionality of his 16 money laundering charges in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.
In the April 4 application, Musa cited three legal causes in disputing the certificates used by the prosecution in his charges under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds from Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFAPUAA)...
