The second Dewan Rakyat meeting this year will commence tomorrow, and apart from Anwar Ibrahim's swearing-in as the new Port Dickson MP, the House is also expected to debate Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad's recent speech to the United Nations General Assembly.
According to the Order Paper, Foreign Minister Saifuddin Abdullah will be tabling a government motion endorsing Mahathir's speech and approving for it to be the framework for the country's foreign policy direction.
