Sungai Petani MP Johari Abdul has not given up on his plan to vacate his seat for incoming PKR president Anwar Ibrahim to return to Parliament - and his intention for wanting to do so has become clearer now.
It appears that Johari, who is also the assemblyperson for Gurun, has not given up on his desire to head the Kedah state government as its menteri besar.
Met at the Penang PKR's #reformasi20tahun event in Bayan Baru on the island, Johari said he was ready to quit his seat when Anwar is ready to contest, and added, "Let's wait until the party polls are over...
