Penang’s chief minister, whose name is yet to be revealed, will be sworn in on Monday morning at Seri Mutiara, the Penang governor’s residence.

State secretary Farizan Darus said that only one reporter and one photographer from each media company will be allowed to cover the swearing-in ceremony, which is scheduled to take place at 10am.
