Felda today announced that it has regained the prime piece of land in Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur, which was previously allegedly sold via "dubious" means to Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd (SPSB).

Felda, in a statement, said that the police reports lodged on the matter, however, will not be withdrawn.

"The forensic audit will also proceed to find out if any wrongdoing had taken place in the land transaction.

"Although the transfer of land ownership was only known to the public on Dec 21, 2017, the fact is, Felda had as early as Jan 2017, taken measures to get back the transferred land," said the statement...
