DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng today claimed the party will not forget jailed opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

This comes ahead of the expected announcement from Harapan that Dr Mahathir Mohamad will be its prime ministerial candidate with Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as his running mate at the coalition's second convention today.

"The combination of Mahathir, Anwar along with the rest of us is able to offer a strong alternative to challenge Barisan Nasional.

"I want to state here that the party (DAP) is always with Anwar," he said during his speech at the Harapan convention in Shah Alam today...
