Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali's sister has jumped into the fray over corruption allegations related to sand mining, saying this was the reason she rejected PKR.

Ummi Hafilda Ali said she had been inundated with calls and messages asking if it was true her relative had been arrested by the MACC.

“Who am I to justify? [….] That's why I have opposed PKR from before until now, because I know who their pirate leader is."
