Six Chinese citizens claimed trial today at the Magistrate's Court in Kuala Lumpur to rioting against four police officers in the Bukit Bintang area last Saturday.

The accused are six construction workers, comprising five men and one woman: Zhao Jianzhong, 51, Cao Yong Jun, 45, Wu Yinhua, 26, Zhu Suhong, 46, Zhang Jinping, 48, and Guo Jianhui, 51.

They were jointly charged under Section 147 of the Penal Code for rioting against four police officers from the Tun HS Lee police station and causing injury to them.
