S'GOR DUN | Selangor's new Kasih Ibu Smart Selangor (Kiss) will be far better than Putrajaya's Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) scheme, said exco member Dr Daroyah Alwi.

Daroyah said that those who qualify for Kiss will receive RM200 in subsidies for basic foodstuff and school attire valued at RM2,400 a year.
