PARLIAMENT | Putrajaya has concluded that the controversial fugitive Indian preacher Zakir Naik has never promoted terrorism.

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who said the Home Ministry has scrutinised every speech made by the preacher.
