Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli and former Public Bank clerk Johari Mohamad have been ordered by the Shah Alam Sessions Court to enter their defence on charges under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act (Bafia).
Sessions judge Zamri Bakar said after maximum evaluation he was satisfied that the prosecution has established a prima facie case by fulfilling all the elements.
