The Penang government will hold a full state inquiry into the causes of the accident which led to a massive landslide at a construction area in Tanjung Bungah, which claimed three lives.
Speaking to reporters at the site, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said he will propose the move to his state executive councillors soon, to obtain their approval on the matter.
"We are shocked to learn about the incident, it is a tragedy.
"This is a serious case, a normal inquiry is not enough, we need a full state inquiry into the causes of the accident which happened at the work site so that further action can be taken," Lim said...
