PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli will be lodging a disciplinary complaint against Rizal Mansor, the aide to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's wife Rosmah Mansor, for violating regulations imposed on civil servants.

Rafizi said he will be lodging the complaint next week as Rizal has continued to "dabble in petty political work".

As a Prime Minister's Office Special Division principal assistant director, Rafizi said Rizal has violated Rule 21(1) of the Public Officers Regulations (Conduct and Discipline) 1993 which prohibits civil servants from taking part in politics after he continued to come out with political statements which includes "attacking Rafizi and Invoke", the Pandan lawmaker's policy research body...
