Pakatan Harapan’s seat negotiations for most of the parliamentary seats have already been resolved, the coalition’s secretary-general Saifuddin Abdullah said today.

“We are already going into the state seats, which is the second stage of the negotiations. So we are already into the second stage of negotiations,” Saifuddin told reporters when asked about the progress of the negotiations.
