The High Court in Shah Alam today allowed the government's application to strike out the RM100 million suit filed by the family of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu over her death.

The suit was filed in 2007 by Altantuya's father Shaariibuu Setev and her two children, Mungunshagai Bayarjargal and Altanshagai Munkhtulga.
