Parti Pribumi Malaysia Bersatu (Bersatu) deputy president Mukhriz Mahathir is not surprised that the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) raided companies belonging to him and his brothers.

"We expected this," he told reporters in Parliament this afternoon.

Mukhriz claimed that the raids were politically motivated and expected the "harassment" towards his family to continue.
