DAP stalwart Lim Kit Siang has once against risen to defend foe-turned-ally Dr Mahathir Mohamad, this time against activists who fear that the nonagenarian will become prime minister again.
Addressing concerns raised by activist Haris Ibrahim in a news report, Lim said a consensus has not yet been reached among Pakatan Harapan parties on who will become prime minister should the coalition defeat BN in the next general elections.
The Gelang Patah MP reassured Haris that Harapan was committed to ensuring a change in prime minister, and stressed that all Harapan component parties were intent on bringing about reforms to "save Malaysia"...
