MCA is asking for, among others, RM100 million in damages in its letter of demand to Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng.

This is over Lim's accusation last month that the party was "pocketing" government funds meant for Chinese vernacular schools.

"So many zeros (in the letter of demand). I think it is RM100 million (MCA is asking for).

"Maybe MCA thinks I'm a billionaire or I always have donations in my personal account but no, I don't have RM100 million," Lim said in a press conference in Kuala Lumpur today...
