A 23-year-old cyclist arrested over an alleged scuffle with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) officers has been charged for obstruction of a public servant.

Muhammad Nur Rabbani Shariffhuddin claimed trial at the Kuala Lumpur Magistrates Court to the charge under Section 353 of the Penal Code for allegedly using criminal force to deter a public servant from discharge of his duty.
