PKR Wanita chief Zuraida Kamaruddin has urged that convicted serial rapist Selva Kumar Subbiah be arrested on arrival in Malaysia.

“Selva should be detained immediately when he lands on Malaysian soil.

“For the sake of all women and children, this man should be under lock and key and not be allowed to roam the streets,” she said in a statement last night.
