Gerakan Youth chief Tan Keng Liang claimed voters do not seem so concerned about the 1MDB controversy anymore, amid speculation that the 14th general election will be held in March next year.

This, he said, was because he has been receiving less and less complaints about the 1MDB issue than before.

"The issue has subsided. Last year, I had a lot of queries about it, but it has subsided a lot now. You can see this in the Kuala Kangsar and Sungai Besar by-elections," Tan said at a press conference today.
