Dr Mahathir Mohamad has clarified that there were four individuals with the title 'Tan Sri' and one of them could have allegedly betrayed the rest.

Previously, the former prime minister gave the impression that it was one among the three accused of plotting against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak who was the purported turncoat.
