Negotiations between water company Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash) and the Selangor government will conclude in October, Selangor Menteri Besar Azmin Ali said.

"Negotiations to take over Splash by Air Selangor is ongoing, in accordance with the timeframe set in the main agreement.

"The main agreement states that Air Selangor has one year from the signing date, that is until October 2016, to resolve the SPLASH takeover issue," he told the Selangor state legislative assembly in Shah Alam today.
