In a scathing indictment, Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) chairperson Dr Mohd Nasir Hashim said the cooperation between Pakatan Harapan leaders and Dr Mahathir Mohamad was testament to the dearth of quality leadership in the opposition coalition.
