The lawyer acting for Charles Suresh Morais acknowledged that there is no getting Anthony Kevin Morais' remains back for a second post-mortem after another sibling claimed the former deputy public prosecutor's body yesterday.

"If you take the body out of the mortuary, it's going to decompose," said lawyer Americk Sidhu.
