PARLIAMENT Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia Amin today ordered Lim Kit Siang (DAP-Gelang Patah) to retract and apologise for his statement which allegedly insulted the speaker.

Failing this, he threatened Lim with suspension from the House.
