Lawyer Mohd Hafarizam Harun said he will seek instructions from Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak since former MCA president Dr Ling Liong Sik has responded legally that he would not apologise.

‎This comes after the seven-day deadline following a legal letter of demand issued by Hafarizam's firm last week expires today.
