The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has fixed Oct 13 to hear former Batu Kawan Umno vice-chief Khairuddin Abu Hassan's habeas corpus application.

Khairuddin is being detained under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma), following his multiple reports overseas regarding 1MDB.
