The Sabah state legislative assembly sitting today approved the amendment on the Administrative and Legislative Assembly Members (Remuneration) 1981 Enactment, which will see a pay increase of 50 percent for the chief minister (CM), state cabinet members and state assemblypersons effective Jan 1, 2015.
