The presence of  hundreds of thousands of foreigners, if not more, with blue identity cards and MyKad, who are now employed in all levels of government, and in law enforcement agencies as well, has been described as a “dangerous, ticking time bomb”.   

The issuance of the dubious ICs and MyKad to these foreigners, State Reform Party (Star Sabah) chairperson Jeffrey Kitingan said, was very worrying since this has “conclusively been proven in the hearings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI)” into illegal immigrants in Sabah.
