Penampang MP Darell Leiking has questioned the "likely replacement" of five High Court judges in Sabah, who he claims have been transferred to the peninsula, with judges from Peninsular Malaysia to be sent to the state.
Citing "reliable" sources, Leiking said that the transfers and "likely replacements" have raised concern over autonomy of the judiciary in the Borneo states of Sabah and Sarawak.
