The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has fixed Feb 14 for case management of the Kelantan sultan’s brother, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra’s suit against inspector-general of police Ismail Omar and three others relating to his alleged wrongful detention in August 2009.
