I live in Johor Baru. I am sorry to say the state of affairs is getting from bad to worse. The crime rate has risen so sharply. No one feels safe anymore these days, even in our own house. There is this constant fear that some stranger can just walk into our house and rob us.

When we walk in the streets, even in the day time, we have to constantly look around us to make sure no one is following us. I have already been robbed twice and every time I hear a motorbike or a car approaching from behind me, I jump.

These robbers and snatch thieves have no regard for the law. They are bold and blatant. Not a day goes by without some person being robbed, beaten up or even killed.
