JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Campaign Management: Help plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's marketing strategy.
Analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports to track progress and identify trends.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner, fostering a positive community and adding value to the user experience.
Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and research competitive brands’ strategies.
Collaborations: Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers and potential brand partners.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to social media as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Skills : Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Detail-oriented and organized.
