COMMENT | Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) announcement of interim measures for insurers and takaful operators (ITOs) to assist policyholders who experienced premium revisions of their medical and health insurance/takaful (MHIT) products as well as calling for urgent reforms in the health sector is welcomed.
