We address this through a curated street mall experience, investing more than RM30 million into covered open-air retail spaces promoting natural lighting, ventilation, walkability and flow. We put in picturesque dining bungalows fronting a beautified manmade lake, with a gradient introduced to the landscaping to maximise main road visibility. While still in the discussion phase, we are targeting an upmarket grocer, lifestyle gym and event space operator to anchor our tenant mix, with full occupancy targeted by completion.”
