Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) organised the hugely successful National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) 2022 towards the end of the last year after a two-year hiatus. The Conference was a tremendous success, receiving rave reviews from the community.

With the NHCCE recognised as one of the echelons for insightful human capital conversations, HRD Corp is bringing back the event this coming 30-31 October 2023 at the Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.

With a new theme, Pioneering Growth, Inspiring Change, NHCCE 2023 aims to prepare organisations and human resources (HR) practitioners today to stay ahead of the shifting demands in the modern workplace. With multiple disruptions shaping workplace dynamics, it is time for a reset to pioneer new growth opportunities and inspire change to achieve a more sustainable and resilient future for organisations and employees.

The NHCCE 2023 features a more robust speaker lineup of more than 30 world-renowned human capital thought-leaders, forward-thinking HR practitioners and subject matter experts. With globalisation and digitalisation becoming increasingly prevalent, the speaker lineup for the Conference will be from both the international and domestic scene to allow our delegates to look at human capital development issues holistically.

It covers the core priority areas in human capital development at the personal, organisational, and industrial levels: Technology & Innovation, Leadership & Growth, Motivation & Wellbeing, Learning & Development, and Dynamic Workforce & Future Workplace.

These pillars lead to the five interesting discussion tracks, which are Humanising Technology: Creating Exceptional Employee Experiences Today & Tomorrow, Transformational Leadership: Empowering People for Long-Term Success, Embracing SDGs: Prioritising Talent Health & Holistic Wellbeing, Learning @ Work: Navigating Skills Development in the Digital Age and Workplace Revolution: Redefining Work & Workers in the New Era of Growth, that are designed to establish consummate micro and macro human capital development strategies.

The NHCCE 2023 will also feature more than 400 reputable exhibitors. As one of the largest exhibitions held in Malaysia this year, delegates will be kept updated on the latest trends in upskilling models, new technologies and wellbeing platforms. These products and services will be vital in unlocking any organisation's or individual's growth potential.
