Four Best Actors Telling You To Treasure The Moment

Eric Chen, Freddie Wong, Sam Chong and Remon Lim each showcased their marvelous acting skills in the movie. Freddie said he never hesitate to accept the invitation once receiving the script. He said, "It is a fun script! There are always warm and humorous details discovered every time I read the script." In the movie, he played the character with great memory but always being forgetful. He commented, "The character would always forget something at the critical moment after returning to the field, creating a lot of funny scenes."

"Best Actress", Remon plays the character who used to be an remarkable beauty but could not escape aging process. She accepted the movie invitation because it happened to be "Dragon year", also her birth year. She said, "It felt like fate to be one of the 'Happy Dragons' and it will be fun to watch myself in the movie during Chinese New Year." Then she revealed, "In the movie, I am an old lady apparently but with a secret identity underneath!"

Talking about acting again with the rest of the all-time best actors, Eric said, "We worked together in a happy environment since we are all best friends for so long." He mentioned there are not only jokes and humours but also touching elements in the movie, "Happy Dragons". He said, "Seeing us in the movie reminds us that there is no turning back in life. Good or bad; old or naive, the past is always in the past and living in the moment is most important now."

Sam played the old character with Parkinson's disease. He said, "I’m almost 50 years old now. My body is not as good as it used to be. However, it doesn't mean getting old should be boring. This movie is to tell people treasuring the moment is very important."

Juztin said, "It has been a while since I last appeared in Chinese New Year movie. The moment I've got the chance to return, I never hesitate and agree! I will be satisfied enough to see our audience leave the cinema with joys after the movie."

Artistes From Different Generations Crossing Over To Make Happy CNY Movie 

First time acting in Chinese New Year movie, Jonathan said the character was designed for him. He said, "I took part in most action movies previously and there are lots of action scenes in this movie. It was not hard to deal with. In fact, the character is cool and somehow represents my image (laughing)."

Hanxiiaoaii said, "When I received the script, I was amazed by the challenging scenes. I love extreme challenges and I believe the audience can expect a different side of me."

Recently, Malaysian famous influencer, Miko Wong has mostly been working in Hong Kong. However, she specially returned to Malaysia for the movie, "Happy Dragons". She said, "I always want to act. I specially come back to Malaysia because I am so looking forward to play the character even if there is only a few parts for me."

Besides, Aki Chan and Meeki would personally perform the acts in the action scenes, making sure audience will get a lot of surprises and fun! The rest of the casts including Yoke, Jobroseph Lee, Wan Wai Fun and Kryston would play some fun loving characters. As the producer of the movie, Jack would guest appear to play the great villain in the movie, surely anticipating!

Co-presenter, Poh Kong and sponsor, Hock Moon Hiong attended the open ceremony for the movie production of "Happy Dragons". The organising team kept igniting red fire crackers producing loud crackling sound during the ceremony, implying the "loudness" of success and wishing the movie will be a blockbuster! The movie will begin its production on August 23rd and finish on September 21st, coming soon in 2024.
