PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA 10 February 2023: The Association of Science, Technology & Innovation (ASTI) organised its first ever ASTI Socrates Dialogue (ASD) in Persatuan Alumni Universiti Malaya (PAUM).
In conjunction with ASTI’s paper writing competition, “Reinventing A Better World Post Covid-19”, focusing on economics, entrepreneurship and livelihood, we organised the first ever ASTI Socrates Dialogue (ASD), with visionaries and experts on the subject in question. ASDs are public discourses to deeply understand the nature of things.
We hope this event will galvanise us to start asking the right questions and expand on this domain of thought towards creating a more balanced world. This was a hybrid event with limited seats.
We also launched our new programme for young people, called the Young Technopreneurs Challenge, before the event. We hope to empower young people to be active change makers in their communities.
The details of the discourse are as below:
Physical Event Venue: Persatuan Alumni Universiti Malaya (PAUM), Rumah Kelab PAUM, Lot 10476, Jalan Susur Damansara (Jalan Damansara Lama), Off Jalan Gegambir, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
