MALAYSIA, FEBRUARY 8, 2023 – KC Global Media, the leading network in Asia, announced its latest partnership with Unifi TV (owned by Telekom Malaysia) to bring the best of Korean entertainment across Malaysia. From February 1, subscribers to Unifi TV can enjoy the latest drama, reality, and variety series from South Korea anytime, anywhere on the leading K-entertainment channel, ONE, fully owned and operated by KC Global Media. With this addition, viewers can also watch a variety of premium entertainment across multiple genres and languages currently available on Unifi TV, including English general entertainment channel, AXN; Japanese anime channel, Animax; and Japanese entertainment channel, GEM.

ONE will premiere PPALI-PPALI romance fantasy drama series Kokdu: Season of Deity, within 24 hours of Korea, every Saturday and Sunday at 9:45pm. Starring Kim Jung Hyun (Crash Landing on You, and Best New Actor, 2017 MBC Drama Awards for The Rebel) and Im Soo Hyang (Doctor Lawyer, Top Excellence Awards, 2020 MBC Awards for When I was the Most Beautiful), the series is about a 99-day romance between the god of death and a clumsy doctor, who has a mysterious power to boss him around as she likes.
ONE’s Valentine’s Day stunt will include romantic drama series, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, premiering on February 9, Tuesdays to Fridays, at 4:20pm and from February 13, at 5:15pm on respective days. Starring Lee Sung Kyoung (Excellence in Acting, 2020 SBS Drama Awards for Dr Romantic 2) as Kim Bok Joo, a bright and hopeful female weightlifter and Nam Joo Hyuk (Twenty-Five, Twenty-One, Best New Actor, 2016 MBC Drama Awards for Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo) as Jung Joon Hyung, a promising swimmer who suffers from trauma after being disqualified from his first international competition but finds himself falling for Bok Joo. It’s second Valentine’s Day title will feature fan-favorite romantic comedy and slice of life drama, Backstreet Rookie, airing on February 14, Tuesdays to Wednesdays, at 7:50pm, which stars Ji Chang-wook (If You Wish Upon Me, 2022 Global Star Award winner of APAN Star Awards for The Sound of Magic) and Kim You-Jung (20th Century Girl, Love in the Moonlight, 2014 Best New Actress nominee for Blue Dragon Film Awards for Threads of Lies).
February will also see star-studded travel variety shows on ONE including Dopojarak: Story of Homme the K-Wanderer, premiering on February 15, every Wednesday, at 10:30pm, featuring personalities from K-pop, K-drama, fashion and sports including Kim Jong Kook (Entertainer of the Year, 2021 SBS Entertainment Awards for Running Man and My Little Old Boy), Joo Woo Jae (Best Couple, 2022 KBS Entertainment Awards for Beat Coin), Ji Hyun Woo (DaeSang/Grand Prize, 2021 KBS Drama Awards for Young Lady and Gentleman), Noh Sang Hyun (Pachinko, Behind Every Star, Curtain Call) and Hwang Dae Heon (2022 Beijing Winter Olympics gold medalist), as they explore various countries to promote South Korean culture. New family reality variety series, United Fathers, will premiere on February 16, within 1 week from South Korea, every Thursday, at 10:30pm. The series follows fathers from around the globe who are raising their children in South Korea, where they gather to observe and share their unique parenting style, childcare knowledge, and challenges. Hosted by celebrities Jang Yoon Jeong (Prime Minister Commendation, 2017 Korean Popular Culture & Arts Awards), In Gyo Jin (Best Supporting Actor, 2018 KBS Drama Awards for Feel Good to Die) and Kim Na Young (Excellence Awards, 2012 MBC Entertainment Awards for Show and Variety category).
Ongoing titles on ONE include revenge drama series, Game of Witches, shown on Mondays, at 6pm

The series features a mother-daughter duo driven by revenge, starring Jang Seo Hee (Top Excellence in Acting, 2017 SBS Drama Awards for Band of Sisters), Kim Gyu Seon (School 2021, Big Mouth) and Oh Chang Seok (Best New Actor, 2013 MBC Drama Awards for Princess Aurora). Multi-award winning and fan-favorite reality-variety, Running Man, continues to be televised on Fridays, 10:30pm, with the humorous main cast compete in missions to win the race, alongside local and international celebrities through wit, skills, and silly antics.
Upcoming in March and April titles will include supernatural, fantasy series, Delivery Man, a story about a taxi driver who grants the last wishes of ghosts, and the highly rated horror variety show, Midnight Horror Story where scary stories are shared, with the scariest story winning the prize money.
